RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. — A firefighter was seriously injured while responding to a fire call Saturday.
Southeastern Randolph Fire Protection District firefighter Kenneth McCune, 57, was ejected from the fire truck he was driving when it veered off the road, hit a culvert and overturned.
McCune was transported to the hospital and treated for his injuries, reported ABC 17.
Capt. Charlie Peel told the publication that McCune has been with the department for many years.
