MINERAL CITY, Ohio — Potentially tornadic storms ripped through Mineral City Wednesday evening, leaving a path of destruction in Tuscarawas County.
The most high-profile damage occurred when the Mineral City Volunteer Fire Department roof collapsed early in the evening. Officials say the building is destroyed.
Meanwhile, the roof of a neighboring cafe also collapsed with people inside. Incredibly, nobody was injured in either collapse.
