INNOTEX unveiled their latest NFPA 1971 turnout gear, INNOTEX ENERGY, at FDIC 2016.
The gear features enhanced mobility and evaporative cooling. The technology increases firefighter’s comfort by reducing heat stress and enabling an increased ability to move.
An advisory group of firefighters, distributors and industry experts came up with a list of 75 recommendations rated by importance for the firefighter. INNOTEX ENERGY incorporates the list of improvements, including airflow, pockets, dual metabolic zones and DuraHem, a rounded hem edge designed to increase durability.
