RIDLEY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police in a Pennsylvania township are looking for information about who put a large bottle of dish soap into a first responder memorial fountain, causing it to be filled with foam.

The memorial in front of the Ridley Township Municipal building, which honors police, fire and emergency personnel who have died in the line of duty, was “vandalized” by an “unknown actor” sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning, according to the Ridley Township Police Department.

The department has asked anyone with information about the incident to contact Ridley Township detectives.
