1. What was the inspiration behind starting your company?
L-Tron has been around for more than 40 years and has been working with government and public sector clients for over 25 years. The company prides itself on building products directly from the feedback and voice of our customers.
2. What is your signature product and how does it work?
L-Tron’s signature product, OSCR360, is a multi-use tool utilized by fire departments during training and for investigations. The two-part system captures and documents images at a fire scene from which the OSCR360 software creates a virtual walk-through of the scene, allowing users to add any relevant notes or digital evidence.
3. What do your customers like best about you and your products?
Our customers love our customer service and support. All our OSCR360 users receive access to 24/7/365 support. Fires aren’t limited to occurring between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., so our services are available whenever a department may need help responding to a scene, documenting an arson, or completing a training exercise.
