CHARLOTTE, N.C. &dmash; A tanker truck carrying fuel crashed into power lines and caught fire on Mount Holly Road Thursday morning.
The Charlotte Fire Department extinguished the fire quickly, but firefighters say Mount Holly Road will be closed for several hours as hazmat crews work to clear the scene.
The accident happened just after 11 a.m. in the 7400 block of Mount Holly Road near Freedom Drive.
