Ian Emmons, Ph.D., is the CEO of Touchpoint Health - Logistic. He previously served as the deputy chief of operations in Sarasota County, Florida, until 2025. Emmons received his doctorate in business from the University of the Cumberlands and his MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Emmons has been designated as a CFO and CTO through the CPC and received his MIFireE status from the IFE.
