LAWRENCE PARK, Pa. — The former volunteer fire chief accused of sexually harassing three female firefighters is scheduled to enter a guilty plea in Erie County Court rather than stand trial after his bid to enter a special probation program was rejected.

Former Lawrence Park Volunteer Fire Department Chief Nicholas A. Fisher, 33, is scheduled to enter a plea Thursday in connection with charges he subjected female firefighters to unwanted sexual communication and inappropriate physical contact, according to Erie County Court records.

Fisher faces one first-degree misdemeanor count of stalking and one third-degree misdemeanor count of harassment stemming from events involving three women that occurred between November and early February while Fisher was chief of the department.
