Chief Richard Kelly has served the Oklahoma City Fire Department since 1991 and has held the role of Fire Chief since 2017. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, he holds a Bachelor of Technology in Emergency Responder Administration and has completed multiple leadership programs. Chief Kelly is actively involved in professional organizations, including the International Association of Fire Chiefs, and is deeply committed to advancing leadership within the fire service.
