ALBANY, Ga. — From the deep and driving music to the simple lettered graphics, declaring what he “will” do to help himself and others, the video is clearly a well-made piece. Featured is Aaron Tomlinson, an Albany firefighter, working out, running, bow-shooting a target, quick-dressing in regulation fire gear -- all in orange Under Armour shoes.
#Tomlinson, 27, is one of 500 people in the U.S. invited to submit videos of themselves wearing Under Armor’s Spine Venom brand of workout shoes. The winner will receive a special four-day trip accompanied by a personal trainer and 20 pairs of the Spine Venom shoes, Tomlinson said. He’s uncertain of why he was chosen to take part, but thinks it could because he’s been a customer of the shoe company for a long time.
“I’m a big fan of Under Armour -- since about Day 1,” Tomlinson said. “I buy a lot of their stuff online.”
