Volunteer firefighter critically injured in Calif. wildfire

The firefighter came in contact with a downed power line; about 300 firefighters battled the fire

BODEGA, Calif. — Fire crews Sunday remained in the community of Bodega, cleaning up after a wildfire that burned almost 100 acres and left a volunteer firefighter critically injured.

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection said early Sunday that the firefighter was in critical but stable condition at a San Francisco Bay Area hospital.

About 300 firefighters were battling the blaze, which is fully contained.
