How can we find volunteers, even people who only have a few hours to spare?

First, make sure you’re not using terms like “brotherhood” and “sisterhood” if you don’t treat potential members that way

In this episode of “What’s YOUR Problem?” Chief Goldfeder addresses this reader question:

With today’s economy and people having kids, how do you get people to volunteer, PERIOD? I’d take whatever time they can give. I have approximately 7-13 volunteers depending on the up or down cycle of the membership. It’s hard to find VOLUNTEERS!”
