FLINT, Mich. — Three firefighters suffered injuries while battling an apartment fire Tuesday.
Two firefighters escaped the fire through a balcony, while the other went through a window, reported MLive.
“One of the firefighter’s tanks, his alarm started going off,” Flint Fire Chief Raymond Barton said. “When he switched tanks, he went to come back in and the fire had spread, dropped down from the ceiling.”
The firefighters were hospitalized, but none of their injuries were life-threatening.
No other injuries were reported; the fire remains under investigation.
