PHILADELPHIA — A Philly firefighter was injured in a 4-alarm fire at a vacant furniture factory Tuesday.
Fire officials told NBC10 that the firefighter was pulling a hose when he fell from a truck and hurt his back.
“He’s in some pain, but we’re just thankful that he’s in serious condition,” Fire Commissioner Lloyd Ayers said, “but it looks like we’re going to have a recovery. A long recovery, but a recovery.”
