PHILLIPSBURG, N.J. — Video shows N.J. firefighters struggling to fight a car fire.
Statter911 points us to this blaze, where one firefighter stands at the nozzle, waiting for the line to charge as a car continues to burn. When nothing happens, the firefighter asks, “What’s going on?”
As the firefighter gets frustrated, he runs back to the truck to see what the problem is.
A YouTube commenter says that a second line was brought out as ordered by the chief to eventually put out the fire.
The video, as Statter911 Principal Dave Statter points out, is a reminder that everything firefighters do on and off the fireground can and will be recorded.
