LEICESTER, U.K. — Dramatic footage has been released of a suspected arsonist on fire as he runs from a blaze which left two other men with serious burns.
Police are offering a £5,000 reward in the hunt for the man, who is seen on the CCTV running down the street with his jacket on fire.
Moments earlier, the arson attack took place in the beer garden of the Rainbow and Dove pub in Charles Street, Leicester, in the early hours of October 25.
