DALLAS — A member of the Dallas Fire-Rescue is on administrative leave after he was arrested on a charge related to child pornography, WFAA reported.

A tip reported to the Dallas Police Department from an electronic service provider found that an account associated with DFR Driver-Engineer Jesse McFall’s phone number had engaged and uploaded child pornography.

Multiple files of child pornography were discovered after a search warrant was issued.

McFall was arrested by DPD on Jan. 17, and bonded out of jail the next morning.

A statement by DFR said McFall will be placed on administrative leave for the duration of the investigation.

A statement by the Dallas Fire Fighters Association read in part, “This is not reflective of the members of this department and the fine work Dallas Firefighters do every day to protect this community.”
