JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Two firefighters were injured after responding to a house fire Thursday night.
Action News Jax reported that the firefighters went to a second-floor bedroom where the flames reignited. One escaped through a window and the other made it back to the front door, according to the report.
Both firefighters were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. No one else was injured in the fire, according to the report.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
