IRVING, Texas — Firefighters battled a fire at a Dr Pepper bottling plant Tuesday morning.
NBC DFW reported that the fire went to two alarms around 10:45 a.m. and the fire on the roof was isolated to one area.
Irving Fire Marshall Derek Austin said the fire was caused by a propane torch used during roof replacement, according to the report. All employees were out of the building and no one was injured, according to the report.
The fire department used 14 pieces of fire equipment and 30 firefighters responded to the fire, according to the report.
