FORT PIERCE, Fla. — Police in Fort Pierce are investigating after two fire trucks were found shot up with bullet holes.
A fire engine and a rescue truck from Station 15 had responded to a call in the 3100 block of Avenue E, and while the crew was inside the home where the call orginated, they heard gunfire.
Several police units responded to the call but no one found anything. No one was injured. The fire crew didn’t find the bullet holes in their trucks until they returned to the station.
