LAWTON, Okla. — A volunteer fire department tanker was involved in a crash Sunday night.

KSWO reported that the tanker, with the Flower Mound (Okla.) Fire Department, was responding to a grass fire that was sparked while someone was mowing their yard.

On the way to the scene, the tanker collided with another vehicle. Officials say the tanker is a total loss, but they still have trucks to respond to fires.

At this time, it’s unclear as to what caused the crash.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. No serious injuries were reported.
