Prometheus’ Shield’s incident command support center for wildland fires is a large, touch-screen monitor that enables first responders to coordinate with multiple agencies in an interactive platform.

Partnering with Iridium Satellite Network, Prometheus’ Shield’s command center allows for collaboration with applications for video conferencing, whiteboarding and communications with multiple agencies. The large touch screen can be written on with digital pens while discussing suppression tactics, division and group assignments, incident objective, escape routes and trigger points.

Fire management plans can also be drawn on-screen while current fire perimeter and GPS position reports of personnel and equipment are projected on the screen.

Prometheus’ Shield uses engineered solutions likes dual-mode devices to create comprehensive monitoring and tracking services for fire and EMS. The secure cloud based services offer users control and reliable software.
