BOCA RATON, Fla. — Sean Riley was a 20 year law enforcement veteran with the San Diego Sheriff’s Office, until he started using drugs.

“I was in the middle of alcoholism and drug addiction and I was indicted by the federal government for doctor shopping,” says Riley. Riley lost his job and ended up in rehab.

In 2009, he created Safe Call Now , a confidential hotline for police officers and firefighters. It’s an outlet for those who may be suffering just as he did.
