BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — A former Baltimore County paramedic has been arrested and faces 23 charges in connection with masturbating on the food and property of co-workers, according to charging documents released Wednesday.

Baltimore County police said Christopher M. Carroll, 36, surrendered to detectives Wednesday afternoon and is being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

Charging documents shared by Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger outline the 23 charges filed against Carroll, most of which are for causing another person to ingest bodily fluid, as well as malicious destruction of property.

Each count for nonconsensual ingestion of bodily fluids carries a maximum penalty of 10 years’ incarceration and fines of up to $2,500.

County law enforcement began investigating Carroll’s conduct in December, after it was revealed that he allegedly filmed himself masturbating on property belonging to the fire department and his colleagues, including food.

Carroll’s wife filed a protective order against him the same month, which he appealed in January after a Harford County judge prohibited him from entering his family’s registered address in Street, a rural community in the northern part of the county.

According to documents shared by Shellenberger, the investigation was initiated after a supervisor with the BCFD contacted law enforcement to lodge a formal complaint about Carroll’s activity. The supervisor said that they were made aware of an X account titled “TattedVersDaddy” by another supervisor.

The account had posted videos depicting Carroll nude and engaged in sexual acts “that would cause others to unknowingly come into contact with or ingest [his] bodily fluid.”

Investigators found additional profiles under the same profile name on paid content subscription sites like OnlyFans and JustFor.Fans. They viewed videos in which Carroll’s face is visible, as well as unique tattoos on his chest and arms.

The document says that investigators found a video allegedly showing Carroll walking up to an ice machine with his penis exposed through the fly of his pants.

“They always say, don’t drink the yellow snow,” reads the caption, “But I’m just trying to make a slushy!!”

A Baltimore County judge authorized a search warrant for Carroll’s person, vehicle and residence, which officers executed the following day, recovering his phone, tablet and other electronics.

On the devices, investigators found more videos of Carroll allegedly ejaculating on his coworker’s keyboard and into another’s coffee creamer, which law enforcement seized and swabbed for his DNA. They confirmed that the DNA profile matched Carroll’s.

The document says that while Carroll has no previous criminal history, “his disregard for public safety and the safety of his colleagues, makes him a danger to the community.”
