Firefighter Chris Jenkins brought his girlfriend to his fire station, where fellow firefighters recorded and watched him propose.

She Said Yes!

South Metro Firefighters and their families often spend birthdays and holidays together at the fire station. The bond between them creates an entirely new and much larger family environment. Engineer Chris Jenkins wanted to make sure that when he proposed to his girlfriend Stacey, it was with his son and work family close by. On Friday afternoon the crews of Engine 31, Medic 31 and Tower 35 helped Chris welcome his new fiancé into the SMFR family. Congratulations!
