OXFORD, Fla. — Neighbors and firefighters in Sumter County worked together to rescue a horse stuck in a sinkhole Friday.
Officials said rescue crews arrived at the farm on 111th Lane in Oxford after receiving a call about a horse that had fallen into a small hole.
Several rescuers used straps to pull the horse, named Nate, out of the hole.
