DETROIT — A judge sentenced the third and final person charged with the death and robbery of a Detroit firefighter Friday.
Firefighter David Madrigal, 59, was found dead after his home was robbed and set on fire December 2015. Since his death, three suspects were charged with his murder, reported WXYZ.
Timmy Soto and Christian Rasnick were sentenced last year. Soto is serving a 38- to 80-year sentence, and Rasnick is serving 10 to 30 years.
Nicole O’Neil was sentenced Friday, and will serve 20 to 50 years in prison.
