EAST GREENWICH TWP., N.J. — A New Jersey firefighter was rescued after falling through the floor while battling a house fire Saturday.
NJ.com reported firefighters from the East Greenwich Township Fire and Rescue responded to the fire around 11 p.m.
After the firefighter fell partially through the floor, colleagues quickly pulled him to safety. Officials said the firefighter was treated on scene and taken to a hospital as precaution.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
