Now, the mayor of the village of Elbridge says the community isn’t big enough to support two governments. The town of Elbridge, he says, must go.
It’s a showdown on Main Street with a petition calling for a referendum on dissolving the town being the latest salvo between the municipalities in their fight over the future of the Elbridge Volunteer Fire Department.
