CINCINNATI — Assistant Cincinnati Fire Chief Robert Kuhn is on paid leave as the city investigates a complaint that Kuhn was drunk on duty.
In a memo to City Council sent late Friday afternoon, City Manager Harry Black wrote an anonymous complaint came in Thursday, July 2, alleging an employee “was under the influence of alcohol during work hours” that day, according to the memo.
Kuhn was placed on leave Monday, four days after the complaint was made. He is expected to be on leave six to eight weeks, Black wrote.
