Holmatro introduced four models of its 5000 series cutters. These cutters are lighter and more ergonomic without compromising the cutting performance, the company says.

The cutters weigh between 35 and 47 pounds, which reduce the physical burden on the operator, the company says. The Inclined Cutter model is designed to ease cutting high and low on the car. The inclined jaw eliminates the need to lift the tool high up for a roof cut or to bend over deeply to cut the rocker panel.

The models are powered with either patented CORE technology, which combines oil feed and return in one hose rather than two hoses, or Greenline battery technology. Other features include a carrying handle with integrated LED lights and i-Bolt technology, which is a flat central bolt construction that squeezes the blades together directly and more tightly.
