Hundreds of people visit the Station Fire Memorial Park each year to pay their respects to the lives lost, WPRI reported.

No official memorial service is planned. Remembrance services are usually held in the spring due to the cold February weather.

The club’s owners pleaded no contest to 100 counts of involuntary manslaughter, WJAR reported. The tour manager for the band Great White pleaded guilty, serving 16 months of a four-year sentence.

The Rhode Island Foundation created a scholarship in support of the victims and children of survivors.
