ORLANDO, Fla. — At least a dozen riders were rescued from the Harry Potter ride at Universal Studios, according to Orlando fire officials.
Universal officials said a technical glitch “caused the ride to come to a safe stop.”
Fire officials said they were attempting to rescue 12-15 riders from the Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts just before noon. The riders were stuck at approximately 7 feet off the ground, fire officials said.
